The more specific you can be about what's costing you — who touches it, how often it runs, what goes wrong — the more useful my first reply will be. If I don't think it's worth automating, I'll tell you that instead of selling you something. Hiring conversations are equally welcome; just say which.

What happens to this message
Worth saying plainly, because it's what this whole site is about: your message is read by a system I built. It works out what you're asking for, scores how good a fit the work is, and drafts a reply.
The agent cannot send anything. It writes a suggestion and stops there. If you get a reply, it's because I read the draft, changed what needed changing, and sent it myself. That's the second rung of the ladder, and it stays there until there's evidence it deserves more.
Its report card is published, including the tests it failed. It seemed dishonest to write a site about measuring things properly and then not measure the one thing running on it.
